Do I need to pay the model providers separately?
Yes. You bring your own keys, so you have direct relationships with OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. We don’t see or mark up those payments.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s request limit?
Requests over the limit are queued and processed when next billing period starts. We never auto-upgrade you or charge overage fees. Email notification at 80% and 100%.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade with one click. Pro-rated billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
